Overview

Infectious Diseases Institute strives to create and maintain a safe working environment in which workers and the different stakeholders are treated with dignity, decency, respect and care. IDI will not tolerate unlawful discrimination or harassment of any kind and has instituted the anti-sexual harassment policy with corresponding education of employees to prevent, correct and discipline any behaviour that violates this policy.

All employees, consultants, Clients, interns, partners, volunteers, suppliers and official visitors, regardless of their positions, are covered by and are expected to comply with this policy and to take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur.

Course Aim

The overall aim of this training is to create and maintain a safe working environment free of any form of sexual harassment for IDI staff and stakeholders.

This is a self-based modular course with PowerPoint learning sessions, videos, live tutorials and discussions.
