Lydia serves as eLearning specialist on the learning innovations team in the Training and Capacity Development department of IDI. <\/p>\n

Lydia has a background in information systems and technology as well as educational technology from Makerere University and the University of Cape Town. <\/p>\n

Lydia has 4 years\u2019 experience designing and delivering instruction at higher educational institutions as well as 5 years\u2019 experience designing, developing and delivering instruction via virtual platforms such as LMSs and creative utilization of emerging technologies as well as evaluating effectiveness of online learning platforms. <\/p>\n

She has designed and facilitated several international and local online and blended courses and currently supports with managing the IDI VLE and ensuring that teachers and learners have worthwhile blended and online learning experiences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
